Opt-Out
You may opt out of SMS alerts at any time by replying STOP to any alert message. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further alerts will be sent to that number. To re-subscribe, reply START. For help, reply HELP.
Message Frequency and Costs
Alert frequency varies based on market conditions. During active market hours, you may receive multiple alerts per day. Message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AIPortfolios and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or reliance on this service, including any trading losses or missed opportunities resulting from alert delivery failures or inaccuracies.
