We collect only the phone number(s) you provide for the purpose of delivering automated investment price alerts. We do not collect names, email addresses, financial account information, or any other personal data beyond what is required to send alerts.
How We Use Your Information
- To send automated SMS alerts when a monitored holding reaches a price threshold.
- To maintain your opt-in or opt-out status for the alert service.
We use your phone number for no other purpose.
Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your phone number or any personal information with third parties, except as necessary to transmit messages through our SMS provider (Twilio, Inc.) in accordance with their privacy policy. We do not use your information for marketing or advertising.
Data Retention
Phone numbers are retained only as long as you remain subscribed to alerts. Upon opt-out, your number is removed from our active list. Message delivery logs retained by our SMS provider are subject to their own retention policies.
Opt-Out
You may opt out of SMS alerts at any time by replying STOP to any alert message. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent to that number. To re-subscribe, reply START.
Security
Phone numbers are stored in a secured cloud environment with access limited to authorized administrators. We apply reasonable technical measures to protect information from unauthorized access or disclosure.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued receipt of alerts constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
